• Setting up your SIP Account (preconfigured providers)

    Configuring your SIP Account to work on Acrobits Softphone is a breeze. Just follow the instructions below if your SIP Provider is on our preconfigured list. If your provider is not on our preconfigured list, click here.

    Upon opening Acrobits Softphone for the first time you will be taken to the New SIP Account screen.

    If your SIP VoIP Provider is listed, simply tap on the name of your provider. Be sure to scroll down to see all of the providers listed.

    Tap on the username line and enter your username.

    Tap on the password line and enter your password.

    Tap Save.

    That takes you to the SIP Accounts screen where you can see your new account has been added. If you would like to add another SIP account, just tap on the “+” in the top right hand corner.

    When you’ve finished adding your SIP accounts, tap on Settings.

    Then tap on Done.

    That takes you to the keypad. You’ll see the green handset next to the name of your provider on the top left. Now you’re ready to start making calls!
