Acrobits is a software development company with a focus on VoIP Clients for mobile platforms. Based in Prague, Czech Republic, Acrobits was founded in November 2008.

In Spring 2009, Acrobits Softphone was released on the iTunes App Store. With its intuitive user interface and extreme reliability, it quickly became the most popular SIP Client on the App Store. The following year Groundwire, Acrobits’ business caliber SIP Client, was released to rave reviews. The first mobile VoIP Client truly capable of replacing your desktop phone, Groundwire has become the mobile SIP Client that others are compared to. In early 2011, Acrobits Softphone was released on the Android Market and almost immediately became one of the most popular SIP Clients on the Market.

Jiri Kral
Founder/CEO

Jiri is the driving force behind Acrobits' success.  In addition to providing leadership and direction, Jiri is responsible for the overall development and architecture of our applications and SDK, as well as continuing development of the iOS GUI.  Under his leadership, Acrobits has developed the most successful and advanced SIP Client for iOS.

Jiri attended Charles University in Prague and received his MSc in Software Engineering in 2001.  Before Acrobits, he developed an award winning IM client with Petr and Stan.

Stanislav Kutil
Co-Founder/CTO

Stan is responsible for the super smooth, intuitive GUI our iOS users have come to know and love.  Our lead iOS developer, Stan is also responsible for some of our most useful features, including Quickdial and Number Rewriting.

Stan studied Computer Science at Charles University in Prague.  Initially a freelance developer, he then worked with Jiri and Petr on applications for mobile platforms before becoming a founder of Acrobits.

Petr Kalny
Co-Founder/Chief Architect

Petr is responsible for the backbone of almost every Acrobits product, our SIP library.  Petr has managed to build a SIP library designed specifically for mobile devices that is maintainable across multiple platforms (iOS and Android) and friendly to third party developers.

Petr graduated in 2002 from Czech Technical University in Prague with a Masters in Electrical Engineering.  Before founding Acrobits, he developed applications for a variety of mobile platforms, including an award winning IM client that he worked on with Stan and Jiri.

Rafael Torreblanca
Co-Founder/VP Sales and Business Development

Rafael is responsible for sales and client relations.  Highly skilled at communicating and task management, Rafael ensures that external relations go smoothly and efficiently.  This paved the way for Acrobits to become the leading provider of white label SIP clients for iOS and Android.

A pioneer of VoIP technology, he founded one of the first Unified Communications companies in Switzerland in 2003.  His unmatched experience with telecommunications and mobile software development is a contributing factor to Acrobits building the some of the highest quality, innovative mobile software available today.
